Customized Thanksgiving Wine Labels

The holiday's are quickly approaching.... before you know it, you'll be passing out candy to the neighboorhood trick-or-treaters. Around the next corner, Thanksgiving will be staring you down. Whether you host Thanksgiving or visit someone else, I think nothing makes a better Turkey Day gift than a bottle of wine. Well, it can be better if the bottle is personalized!

I am introducting my line of Thanksgiving customizable wine labels. The labels are sold in sheets of 6 and you can choose any combination of the three designs in the line. Each label will be customized with the name you want. When you receive your labels, simply peel and stick. There is no need to remove the existing label. Simple instructions for applying the labels will arrive with your purchase.

Custom Invitations

I thought I would share a couple of invitations that I have been working on. One is the invitation I created for my parent's 40th anniversary get-together, the other for a friend's upcoming baby shower. Each was customized to fit the look and feel of the event; the look can then be easily carried through to Thank you's, favors and other coordinating items. Enjoy!

40 Years in the Making

Last weekend was a special celebration in my family.... my mom and dad celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. The hubby, boys and I traveled to spend the weekend with them and help throw a little shindig in their honor. I'll tell you, not a lot of couples see 40 years. I am so honored to have parents who stuck through it all, thick and thin (and no mom, I'm not talking about your weight!), good and bad, fun and not-so-fun times. They are a real example to those around them of what a wonderful marriage can be. I hope the hubby and I are as blessed to celebrate such an awesome milestone.

As a little crafty surprise for mom and dad, I whipped up some custom wine bottle labels to have out at their party. The bottles made great conversation pieces and really pimped up the bottles of 2-buck chuck! I think custom wine bottle labels would be a great addition to any party, shower or special celebration. A Cupcake and some Rock & Roll

The long, holiday weekend is coming to an end. Hope you all had a safe and enjoyable weekend! We celebrated a birthday over the weekend... the big boy turned 8 and we had a rockin' good time.

To kick off the weekend, I help a co-worker celebrate her birthday with a special cupcake given in a really sweet, handmade box. I was inspired to create this cupcake box by fellow stamper Val. My version was created using some older Stampin' Up! heavy cardstock I had in my stash. I love the brown and blue color combination, so I carried it from the box onto the cupcake. I skipped the step of creating the little insert to better hold the cupcake; I will definately do that next time. My brillant idea of using glue dots to hold the cupcake still didn't work too well.

For our birthday celebration at home, we rocked the house! Some friends came over for pizza, soda and Band Hero. You can see that both of my boys are really concentrating on hitting their notes!
